ETIQUETTE-THE RULES

  • WE DO NOT, AT ANYTIME SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS VIA TEXT MESSAGING OR EMAIL.  Online scheduling gives you access to schedule, cancel, or reschedule making any changes needed at your convenience.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made online 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  If this policy is not honored you will be charged for the entire amount of scheduled services.  Your balance will need to be paid in full before any services will be rendered. 

  • Please advise us when booking appointments of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your nail service.  If you are a new client and you have any type of product on your nails other than nail lacquer it will need to be removed before you arrive to your scheduled appointment.  ( WE DO NOT REMOVE GEL POLISH OR ACRYLIC THAT WE DID NOT APPLY TO YOUR NAILS)

  • We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may choose an accessory for your nails-i.e., nail lacquer, gel polish, glitters etc. and settle into the relaxing environment.

  • Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment, the duration of your service may have to be shortened so to not inconvenience other guests. Full rates would still apply in this instance.

  • DON’T FORGET YOUR FLIP FLOPS.  THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED BUT ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

  • Services may be paid in full prior to your appointment.  Accepted forms of payments are cash, credit cards, and debit cards.  Egiftcards are available for purchase.

  • PERFECT ACCESSORYS A NATURAL NAIL BOUTIQUE, LLC  RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT FOR ANY REASON AT ALL IF NEEDED.
