Cancellations and rescheduling must be made online 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If this policy is not honored, you will be charged for the entire amount of scheduled services. Your balance will need to be paid in full before any services will be rendered.
Please advise us when booking appointments of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your nail service. If you are a new client and you have any type of product on your nails other than nail lacquer, it will need to be removed before you arrive to your scheduled appointment. (WE DO NOT REMOVE GEL POLISH OR ACRYLIC THAT WE DID NOT APPLY TO YOUR NAILS.)
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may choose an accessory for your nails-i.e., nail lacquer, gel polish, glitters etc., and settle into the relaxing environment.
Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment, the duration of your service may have to be shortened so that other guest are not inconvenienced. Full rates would still apply in this instance.

Services may be paid in full prior to your appointment. Accepted forms of payments are cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Egiftcards are available for purchase.
